Stop getting injuries constantly.  I have flat feet and It causes all kinds of trouble with my Achilles/Calves

Run 2:49.59 at St George in 09

Do 2009 Boston in at least 2:59:59

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get a lot faster and Stop getting injuries

Learn how to swim (better) so I can do an Iron Man.

Married to a great girl with 3 kids 

I did 3 miles at a time for a few years and then about a year ago I started trying longer distances and I've become an addict.  I really love to run now.  I am obsessed with getting faster.

thanks Paul, It looks like we finished close together at St George. We have been running together part of the way.
